What the regions do

Most branches meet monthly or every two months to hear about upcoming youth health and development research and issues, share ideas and information and meet with others in the sector. Branches also promote and support local Youth Week initiatives and occasionally host forums organised nationally.

Most branches also have an active email network, sending out relevant local information on upcoming training, workshops, activities and events. This local information is complemented by the information sent to all members which is relevant to the wider, national audience.

Each region has a Regional Coordinator or Coordinators who send out info about upcoming meetings and facilitate the email networks. Contact a Regional Coordinator in your area for more info by clicking a region on the map or the links above.

If there is no Regional Coordinator for your area, please e-mail us or phone the National Office on 04 382 9944.
